The role of the General Manager is one of the most important in the organization.  Each restaurant is led by a certified General Manager, who is responsible for developing and executing a business plan to lead their restaurant and team to success.    This is a career position, and most of our General Managers (over 90%!) started as Crew in our restaurants.
